Joseph Solomon

The sculptures refer to Joseph Salamon's great contribution to Danish sculpture and his long, eventful life, which extends from the Romanian capital Bucharest with the persecution of Jews during World War II, through Israel and Italy to Denmark, where Joseph has lived in Birkerød since 1960.

Joseph Salamon is widely represented at home and abroad, and is particularly known in Allerød for his water art 'Fountain', which adorns the entrance to Allerød Tennis and Sculpture Park.
